YOU GOTTA GO THERE TO COME BACK

 Part of my process is that i need something to look forward to. 
i have to plan and save up and look forward to something or it is like you;re treading water. 

 For that very reason, I have planned our holidays for next year.

 I like going on holidays and trips with my son, we have a great time. 

 So far we have been to Majorca, Turkey 4 times, Tunisia, Cuba, all around Scotland, obviously, London (manchester once because I couldnt find Newcastle hahah) and Ireland.

 But the world is a big place and our time is short, so next years journey is going to be epic. 
It was mostly Reisses idea.

 Its a rough outline

We are going on a Euro trip. 
It will take a lot of planning but thats what im needing just now. 

We will go from Glasgow to Paris, and spend 2 days there. You can buy a rail ticket you can use all over Europe (kind of like a saltcoats version of a mega bus ticket haha. The scottish people will understand that one). 

From Paris, straight down to Rome, stopping at Pisa for a bit to do the tourist thing and pretend we are pushing over the tower. 

After a couple of days in Rome, its up to Florence, then Verona, for the Romeo and Juliet Balcony and then to Venice where the canals are beautifulbut apparently really smell according to my mum. 

After Venice, its over to Vienna, I love Austria. We went there when i was 10 but my mum took appendicitis and spend the whole holiday in hospital so we only saw a bit and id love to see more. 

After a couple of days there, over to Budapest then Prague. 
The last part is up to Berlin, couple of days there and then Amsterdam to fly home. 

I have a clue how much work this is going to take and how much planning it will need but i still think its worth doing. 

I still need to fine tune a lot of it, and see where to go from there but its a project. 
Any suggestions ill be glad to hear them,

Curse of subway

So usually as a fat person I get a footlong subway with pepperoni, salami cheese and mayo on a cheese bread.  This stuff will stop your heart.  So changed days for Angie I got ham, turkey on brown bread with salad. I wanted to punch myself in the face! Went to spin class last night and did some sit ups. Can't wait till im thin.  At the moment doing them I look like an upturned beetle. My mum said she can't notice a difference.  So did my dad which is some achievement cos he sometimes rugby tackles me if I try to have w kit Kat. So far so good until the usual Friday mess I'm gonna become my midnight. I'm lambrini Cinderella

Malin Bjork

Malin Bjork  It's been 6 weeks since I decided to lose some weight cos my bmi was 41. I've now lost 19 pounds and it's down to just under 39. I hate the way I look. I've been doing up to 5 spin classes a week and have become one of those people who like going to exercise. Who is this person? Haven't given up the alcohol tho. Still like getting smashed on lambrini.
